Barrelly Made It (BMI) Terms of Service Policy

 
You have bought your custom designed and artisan built BMI product and are asking yourself “now what?” Give us a minute of your time and we will explain the process of what will happen once you have placed your order to the arrival of your custom designed and artisan built BMI chair, bar set, table or bench.

Once we have processed your order on the website you should expect a call from one of our team members within 24 hours (weekdays) or the first working day (weekends) after your order has been placed. The purpose of this call is two-fold;

 

1. To confirm that the shipping address is in fact correct.
2. To inform you of our lead time and what will happen once your BMI product has been completed.

 

This also helps us confirm that “you” are actually the one ordering from us, not someone who has scammed your cc number. If your information does not match the information you give us over the phone we will NOT BUILD OR SHIP. Your information must match what you have provided us via our shopping cart for us to go ahead with your order.

When your custom designed and artisan built BMI product(s) has/have been completed we will be contacting you again via phone to double check your shipping address and to inform you of the shipping charges. As our products are from up-cycled wine and bourbon barrels, weights are not always consistent. We will inform you of the shipping charges via phone and will ask for an acceptable form of payment (MC, Visa, AMEX, Discover) so we can get your item(s) to the shipping company.

Crating, loading, transportation and delivery are all taken care of by our shipping company and are included in the shipping cost. Please remember that SHIPPING IS NOT INCLUDED in the price of your BMI item(s) and you are accountable for providing BMI a credit card number or other acceptable form of payment for us to ship your custom designed and artisan built item(s) to you. If you do not provide us with payment for shipping (which is not included in the cost of your purchase) we will not ship, kapeesh.

Your shipping rate is determined by the weight of your item(s) and by the zip code that you have chosen to reside in. Sorry but we have no control over this as the rates are set by our shipping company. If you happen to live in or near our facility in San Diego, or are planning a visit to California you are more than welcome to pick up your items here, without incurring the shipping charge.

Once we have payment for the shipping of your item(s) and we have delivered your item(s) to the shipper, we will contact you with the shipping information and delivery date for your products. You may also be in touch with the shipping company and/or driver to make sure you (or someone else) are at the delivery location or in case they have an issue locating your delivery spot.
